OCTA Board Nominations & Elections
The President appoints a Nominating Committee consisting of 3 active voting members 30 days before the annual meeting. The nominating committee presents a slate of nominees at the annual meeting. Further nominations may be made from the floor. The election is conducted by secret ballot. The person receiving the highest number of votes is declared elected and takes office immediately. This process is specified in the OCTA Constitution.
Duties of Board Officers
